We're done. It took far longer than anticipated, and for this we apologize. We really appreciate your patience and understanding. This was important scheduled maintenance for us. We made changes that will allow us to significantly increase our harvesting capacity in the future and make upgrades to our systems that will improve stability and performance.

We will be monitoring our systems closely over the next several days to be sure everything is working properly. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have comments or suggestions.

Thank you for being a Mozenda customer. We look forward to the many exciting enhancements and new features we will introduce in the coming months.

On Saturday, January 30 at 9:30 AM, Eastern Time, Mozenda services will be unavailable for 6 hours while one of our colocation providers performs infrastructure enhancements.

During the 6 hours of scheduled maintenance, all Mozenda services will be unavailable. Agents running at the time scheduled maintenance begins will be paused. When the scheduled maintenance is complete, Agents will resume processing where they left off.

The scheduled maintenance will end on Saturday, January 30 at 3:30 PM, Eastern Time.
