[Scheduled] Scheduled Maintenance
We're done. It took far longer than anticipated, and for this we apologize. We really appreciate your patience and understanding. This was important scheduled maintenance for us. We made changes that will allow us to significantly increase our harvesting capacity in the future and make upgrades to our systems that will improve stability and performance. We will be monitoring our systems closely over the next several days to be sure everything is working properly. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have comments or suggestions. Major system outage
Today at about 11:30 AM MST, one of our main core servers became unresponsive. This broadly effected our system applications and services. We restarted the server and effected applications. As of about 12:30 PM MST, these services appeared to be operational.
